Victoria Zinser Duley has been Executive Director at the Adirondack Economic Development Corporation in Saranac Lake since March 2019. She has held senior leadership positions in economic development, planning, higher education and research in the North Country, and before that in south Florida, for more than 20 years.
Victoria has worked in both the private and public sectors, including serving as the Dean of Research and Planning at Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh, NY before returning to the economic development field. She serves on the NY State Regional Economic Development Council (REDC) and its workforce development and grant review committees.
She has a BS from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University at Albany and is a certified Economic Developer (CEcD through the International Economic Development Council) and a certified Planner (AICP through the American Planning Association).
Victoria is active in many community interests, including Board or leadership positions in the New York Economic Development Coalition, the University of Vermont (UVM) Health Network and UVM-CVPH boards, the First Presbyterian Church of Plattsburgh, the Turner Board Foundation, Cumberland Head Elementary School PTO, Girl Scouts and the Adirondack North Country Association. She lives in Clinton County, NY with her family and enjoys many outdoor pursuits.
