Russ Kinyon

Russ serves as Business Development Director, providing support for growing AEDC’s resources and loan program. Russ has a passion for improving and empowering organizations, lives and communities. He has 25 years of international leadership and organization management experience in private and public service working for economic development agencies, government offices, universities, small businesses and non-profits. In these capacities, he has made a meaningful impact through advocacy and increasing access to resources, improving policies and programs, and overcoming challenges. He enjoys serving on community and economic development committees, making music, traveling, taking in the ADK wilderness and all things coffee.
