The Adirondack Economic Development Corporation is hosting our annual fall entrepreneurship course. Offered virtually this year, with an optional “meet and greet,” the first day of class is Sept. 9 at our office in Saranac Lake. The cost is only $25 toward class materials. The course will be offered online live at 5:30-7PM with small group or one-on-one virtual “homework” and counseling/Q&A from 7-8PM. The course concludes on Dec. 16 and students may participate via video recordings if they are not able to make some of the live content.

This course is focused on business plan development and would be appropriate for anyone considering launching their own business on a full-time or part-time basis, or for an existing small business to better plan their operations and success. The course will be taught by AEDC staff in partnership with regional experts. The following are a summary of anticipated course topics:
